I am a Lightworker who is here to help consciousness evolve.
I’m always learning and like to share what I learn. My areas of expertise are Holistic health and Spirituality.
For over 28 years I’ve helped people achieve better health through exercise, nutrition, stress reduction, aromatherapy, bodywork and energy work.
During the last 18 years, I’ve honed my intuition and psychic skills, so that I can also work with spirit guides to help people.
I have lived all my life in the southern US, and I love meeting people from all over the world. One of my greatest joys is being a mom.
